Peyton Rise is operated by Clemse LLC, an Illinois limited liability company ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect when you visit peytonrise.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Information you give us. Your email address when you join the Rise newsletter, and anything you choose to send when you write to us.
• Purchase information. When direct purchases open, your name, email, billing and shipping details are collected by our payment processor to complete your order. We never see or store your full card number.
• Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, to deliver the site securely.

How we use it

• To send the Rise newsletter, free resources and updates you asked for.
• To process and deliver orders, and to answer your messages.
• To keep the site secure and working well.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Services we rely on

• MailerLite manages our newsletter list and sends our emails.
• Cloudflare hosts and protects the website.
• Stripe will process payments for direct purchases.
• Spotify and YouTube players are embedded on our Music page. When you use them, those services may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies.
• Links to Amazon and other stores take you to their sites, which have their own policies.

Your choices

• Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can leave the list at any time.
• You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by writing to [email protected].

Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
