Digital products

Ebooks, workbooks, journals and music downloads are delivered instantly, so all digital sales are final. If a file is damaged, incomplete or will not open, write to us within 30 days and we will send a working copy or refund you.

Printed books and Collection items

Printed books and Collection pieces are made to order for you. If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will replace it or refund you at no cost.

Because each item is printed on demand, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind or for a wrong size chosen at checkout.

Purchases on other stores

Books bought on Amazon, and music bought on other platforms, follow the refund policy of that store. Please contact them directly.
